The schedule of regular and special non-working holidays for the year 2025 has been disclosed by Malacañang. The list of regular holidays and special non-working days, as stipulated in Proclamation 727 dated October 30 and endorsed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin on behalf of President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos, Jr., are as follows:

Islam Holidays

As for Islam holidays, the Proclamation states that "declaring national holidays for the observance of Eid’l Fitr and Eid’l Adha shall hereafter be issued after the approximate dates of the Islamic holidays have been determined in accordance with the Islamic calendar (Hijra) or the lunar calendar, or upon Islamic astronomical calculations, whichever is possible or convenient"

With this, the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos is advised, at the appropriate time, to recommend to the Office of the President (OP) the actual dates on which Eid’l Fitr and Eid’l Adha holidays will respectively fall.
